2008 ABD Multisport Club Season Kick-Off Meeting

On Saturday, March 15th at 5:00pm, ABD Multisport will hold a meeting at the Batavia location of Prairie Path Cycles.

The meeting is open to all current ABD Multisport members, as well as anyone interested in learning more about the club and the sports of triathlon and/or duathlon.

Saturday's pre-season meeting will look to establish ABD Multisport goals for the upcoming season - including group training schedules and races - and cover training topics, such as better transitions, optimal cadence for triathletes and "AT" Training.

To allow for us to prepare for the meeting, please RSVP by Wednesday, March 12th.
