2013 Wednesday Nights Getting Ready to Kick Off

The date we are shooting for to kick off our 2013 Wednesday Night Training Criteriums is April 17_th.

Events take place at Pella Windows in West Chicago, IL every Wednesday night up until October or the Fall Fling.

Registration opens at 5:30PM, first race goes off at 6:15PM

Race 1: Cat 5/Beginners - 8 Laps
Race 2: 30-minute Scratch Race (all categories)
RAce 3: 12-24 Lap Points Race w/ sprint points ever 4 laps

Depending on the amount of sunlight, the first and third race could be shortened.

2013 Winfield Criterium

Dates have been announced: Saturday, July 27, 2013 and Sunday, July 28, 2013. More information yet to come, so please stay tuned for further details.

ABD Cyling is proud to present the 2013 Indoor Time Trial Series. This series consists of 3 indoor timed events on CompuTrainers and a 4^th and final event, the John Fraser Memorial Time Trial, located outside in Maple Park, IL.

Yet another successful Fall Fling is in the books. Congratulations to Tower Racing for taking home the first place prize in the team competition, as well as Bicycle Heaven who took the 2nd place prize. Thank you to everyone who participated in making the last road races of the season a success!

Joe Berenyi & Family In London

As most of you have already heard, our very own Joe Berenyi is in London participating in the 2012 London Paralympic Games. Thanks to the generosity of many people, we were able to raise over $11,000 in order to help send Joe's family to London to watch him go for gold.

Joe Berenyi - Gold - Men's Individual Pursuit - C3

On Friday, August 31, 2012, Joe Berenyi participated in the Individual Men C3 3k Pursuit and won GOLD! Joe started the day by smashing the World Record in that event, but lost it to a British rider who went on to win the Bronze. Joe's family was right there with him (thanks to all of you!) as he won the Gold!
